Buying in Miami from abroad
Most of the comparison can be done remotely. The decisions that need advisers should be organised before you commit, not after.
1. A written brief
Budget in US dollars, intended use, timing, preferred areas and who takes part in the decision. Share it in your language through the form, by email or on WhatsApp.
2. A remote shortlist
Raphael compares the residences that fit, requests current units, plans and budgets, and explains what each building’s documents still need to confirm.
3. Your advisers
An attorney for the contract and the ownership structure, a tax adviser in each relevant country, and a lender if you finance. Their questions shape the shortlist.
4. Funds and documents
Closing parties will require identity and source-of-funds documents through secure channels. Never send them through a website form, and confirm wire instructions through a separately verified channel.
5. Currency
Prices are in US dollars. Plan currency transfers with your bank or a regulated provider; this site does not convert prices or forecast exchange rates.
6. After closing
Insurance, association fees, property taxes, rental reporting and an eventual sale all continue. Budget for them from the start.
Owning a residence does not confer any immigration status. Eligibility to buy and any offering restrictions must be checked for the specific buyer.
