Who is responsible
This website is operated by Raphael Sitruk, real estate agent with Corcoran. Contact: raphael.sitruk@corcoran.com, +1 646 717 3990.
What we collect and why
When you send a form, we receive the details you enter (name, email, optionally phone and the preferences you choose), the page and residences concerned, your language and, if present, campaign parameters. They are used only to answer your request.
We do not ask for identity documents, bank details, nationality or other sensitive information. Please do not send them through the form.
Service providers
Form submissions are received and stored by the website host’s form service (Netlify Forms) and forwarded to Raphael by email. WhatsApp, phone and email contacts are handled by the providers you choose.
Marketing
Sending a request does not subscribe you to anything. Property updates are sent only if you tick the separate, optional box, and you can stop them at any time.
Your browser
Your selection of saved residences is stored in your browser (local storage) as project identifiers only. It is never sent to us unless you include it in a request. No advertising or analytics cookies are used.
Retention and your rights
Requests are kept for as long as needed to follow up with you, according to a retention period to be confirmed with Corcoran before publication. You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to raphael.sitruk@corcoran.com.
