New developments in Bay Harbor Islands

Bay Harbor Islands is a small town on two islands next to Bal Harbour and Surfside. New buildings here are mostly low-rise, with few residences per floor, which changes the experience compared with a large tower.

The selection mixes completed buildings, where you can visit the actual residence, with projects still under construction. Several offer boat slips or water access; the terms are specific to each building.
